SHAH ALAM, The four states under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) government, despite the formation of the State Government 4 or SG4, still depend on the federal government to attract investments.

Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said the federal government’s role in the achievements of all states, including SG4, cannot be disputed.

“Despite the formation of SG4, we do not deny the achievements of these states in terms of investment, is the result of the cooperation with the federal government.

“The existing cooperation will continue,” he told a press conference of the SG4 Menteri Besar in conjunction with the PAS Muktamar here today.

Also present were Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Nassuruddin Daud; Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor and Perlis Menteri Besar Mohd Shukri Ramli.

Last September, Ahmad Samsuri announced the formation of the SG4 grouping, involving Terengganu, Kelantan, Kedah and Perlis.
