Battambang: The second meeting between the Cambodian National Police and the Royal Thai Police to discuss the draft action plan on cooperation in preventing and suppressing cross-border crimes, including cybercrime and human trafficking, is set to take place on Oct. 13.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Cambodian National Police disclosed the new schedule through a press release made public this evening. The Cambodian authorities have already extended an invitation to their Thai counterparts, with the meeting slated to be held in Battambang province, Cambodia.

Initially planned for Sept. 26, the meeting was postponed upon the request of the Thai side. The first meeting took place on Sept. 16, 2025, in the Thai province of Sakaeo, following the first Special General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting conducted on Sept. 10, 2025, in Cambodia’s Koh Kong province.
