Phnom penh: The Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) hosted a special academic lecture by H.E. Dr. Rolando Gonz¡lez Patricio, a Cuban parliamentarian and President of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (PARLATINO). According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Dr. Gonz¡lez Patricio is a member of the National Assembly of the People's Power of the Republic of Cuba and shared insights on Cuba's historical experience and the significance of cooperation among countries in the Global South.
