COVID-19: 12 New Recoveries, but 15 New Cases and 4 New Deaths

The tally of COVID-19 in Cambodia increased to 120,370 this morning with the detection of 15 new cases, pointed out the Ministry of Health in a press release.

The same source underlined that these are PCR test results, one of which was imported and the rest were linked to the Feb. 20 community outbreak.

Meanwhile, it added, there were 12 new recoveries, but 4 new deaths (2 of them have not been vaccinated); bringing the total cured and death cases in the Kingdom to 116,720 and 2,989, respectively.

The first COVID-19 case was reported in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 incident.
