Hanoi: A high-level Cambodian delegation led by Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet is set to visit the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to attend the 3rd ASEAN Future Forum in Hanoi from June 8 to 10. This visit is at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister H.E. Le Minh Hung. According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, a press release from the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation stated that Samdech Thipadei will be accompanied by Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, and other ministers and officials. Business representatives from the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Cambodian Oknha Association will also join the delegation. Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet will engage in bilateral discussions with H.E. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung. The discussions will focus on enhancing bilateral relations as the two countries approach the 60th anniversary of their diplomatic ties next year. The leaders will also address regional and international matters of mutual interest. During the visit, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet will meet with several key Vietnamese leaders, including H.E. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party, and H.E. Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly. He is also scheduled to meet H.E. Tran Cam Tu, a Politburo Member and Permanent Member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. Additionally, Samdech Thipadei will deliver a keynote address at the opening session of the ASEAN Future Forum. The forum's theme, "Shape Our Future Together: Peace, Prosperity, People-Centred," focuses on trade, investment, and economic cooperation within ASEAN.
