Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen this morning returned from his five-day trip to Switzerland where he attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2022 in Davos-Klosters.
The Premier was welcomed upon his arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Samdech Krolahom Sar Kheng and many other senior government officials.
In Switzerland, Samdech Techo Hun Sen held a get-together with more than 2,000 Cambodian national living in Europe, attended the Discussion with Stakeholders under the theme “Strategic Outlook on ASEAN”, part of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2022, and presided over the Cambodia Night.
At the events, the Prime Minister underlined Cambodia’s achievements and foreign policy, ASEAN’s key roles, fight against COVID-19 pandemic, geo-politics, global and regional challenges, including the ongoing Myanmar issue and Russia-Ukraine war.
