Phnom penh: Mr. KIM Vanny, a former local employee of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, will be honored with the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays by the Government of Japan.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Mr. KIM Vanny is among 104 foreign recipients recognized in the 2025 Autumn Conferment of Decorations, as announced today by the Government of Japan. The decoration is bestowed in appreciation of his significant contribution to the activities of the Japanese overseas establishment.
