Phnom Penh:H.E. Luy David, Ambassador of Cambodia to the French Republic and Vice-Chair of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Organising the 20th Francophonie Summit, warmly welcomed Ms. Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), upon her arrival at Techo International Airport.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Ms. Mushikiwabo arrived on November 4 to participate in the preparations for the 20th Francophonie Summit. The summit is scheduled to take place from November 14 to 16 in Phnom Penh.
