Phnom Penh:Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia welcomed the new German Ambassador, H.E. Ms. Silke Röfer, at the Peace Palace today. The meeting marked a courtesy and working session between the two officials.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the engagement was part of the ambassador's official duties as the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Cambodia.

The discussion took place in a formal setting, underscoring the diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Germany.
