Phnom penh: The Indian Army delegation and its troops have returned home following the successful conclusion of the second edition of the Cambodia-India Bilateral Exercise (CINBAX II), according to military officials.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Indian contingent departed Cambodia on Monday after completing the joint military drills. During CINBAX II, forces from both nations participated in a series of coordinated training activities aimed at enhancing interoperability, exchanging professional expertise, and building mutual trust. All exercises were conducted in strict alignment with United Nations operational frameworks.
Military officials highlighted that CINBAX II reflects the deepening friendship and defence cooperation between the Royal Cambodian Army and the Indian Army. The joint exercise has significantly contributed to strengthening mutual understanding, solidarity, and camaraderie between the two armed forces.
The Royal Cambodian Army expressed its gratitude to the Indian contingent for its active participation and close cooperation throughout the exercise, and voiced optimism that bilateral ties and defence partnership between the two nations will continue to grow in the future.
