Phnom penh: H.E. Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, Honourable Chairman of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, will lead a high-level delegation on an official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from February 2-5, 2026, at the invitation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, during the visit, H.E. Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, who is also the Founding Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers' Conference (ISC), and his delegation will be granted a Royal Audience with His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. The delegation will engage in bilateral talks with Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and pay courtesy calls on Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei KHUON Sudary, President of the National Assembly, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia.
The official visit aims to strengthen the bonds of friendship, bilateral relations, and parliamentary cooperation between Cambodia and Pakistan.
This visit is expected to advance Cambodia's parliamentary diplomacy agenda under the leadership of Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, focusing on promoting peace, stability, and sustainable development at regional and global levels through dialogue and international cooperation.
