Cambodian Officials to Join AI Related Courses in India

Phnom penh: Fifteen officials from Cambodia's Ministry of Post and Telecommunications are set to participate in a specialized training program focused on artificial intelligence (AI) in India. This initiative is part of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programme.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the training aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of Cambodian officials in the field of AI. The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications has selected these officials to partake in the program, which is designed to foster technical expertise and promote technological advancement within Cambodia.

The ITEC programme, initiated by the Indian government, is well-regarded for offering various technical training opportunities to partner countries, aiming to build capacity and support development goals. The participation of Cambodian officials in this AI-related training reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen technological collaboration between Cambodia and India.
