Phnom penh: Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has extended congratulations to her Chinese counterpart on the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Samdech Khuon Sudary conveyed her best wishes to H.E. Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China. In her message, she highlighted the strong relationship between Cambodia and China, emphasizing the ironclad friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership that have been established between the two countries, particularly through their legislative bodies. She expressed her hope that this partnership will continue to strengthen through regular exchanges at various levels. Samdech Khuon Sudary also acknowledged China's role as a global anchor, contributing significantly to world peace, stability, and prosperity. She expressed confid ence in China's future under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, anticipating that the country will achieve its vision of becoming a modern socialist nation by the centenary of its founding in 2049.
