Sanya: A Cambodian triathlon athlete has grabbed a silver medal at the 6th Asian Beach Games being held in Sanya, People's Republic of China from April 22 to 30.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Mr. Yeanki Sivatha, President of the National Sports Training Centre, announced that triathlon athlete Ms. Margot Garbedian Morokot won the silver medal on April 23 in the Women Individual Aquathlon. She completed the event in a time of 32.00, competing against 27 participants from 15 countries.

The National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) has sent athletes to compete in four sports at the 6th Asian Beach Games, including wrestling, teqball, jiu-jitsu, and triathlon.
