Phnom penh: H.E. Youk Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Civil Service, chaired the Senior Officials' Meeting for the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and the 8th ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM+3), held at Sokha Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap province this morning. According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the meeting brought together senior officials from ASEAN member countries and their counterparts from China, Japan, and South Korea. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in civil service matters and sharing best practices among the member states. This meeting serves as a platform for dialogue and collaboration, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of civil services across the region.
