Think! Think! Launched at Siem Reap Wat Bo Primary School

Think! Think!, a Japan’s leading STEM e-learning curriculum, has been introduced at Wat Bo Primary School in Siem Reap province.

Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) officially kick-started the app at the primary school on July 5.

The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) app by Think! Think! aims not only to develop students’ critical thinking skill and creativity, but also provide them motivation and curiosity in learning.

According to Ms. Shiori Tokugawa, JICA Education Manager, ‘Think! Think! is a leading STEM app from Japan that has won Japan’s best education technology (Edtech) award and Google’s best kids programme.

On behalf of JICA, she was pleased to launch the app at Wat Bo and hoped it would help students with better learning experience.

Mr. Sok Tha, Director of Information Technology Department at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports said that Wat Bo is the ninth school in Cambodia wherein Think! Think! was launched.

So far, some 3,000 Cambodian students have been benefiting from the app which is the greatest education programme that assists students to learn new skills needed in the future, he added.
