Singapore Donates PCR and COVID-19 Medical Supplies to Cambodia

Singapore has donated a PCR machine, 1,000,000 surgical masks and 200,000 bottles of hand sanitizer as humanitarian assistance to Cambodia to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

The handover ceremony took place here yesterday under the presidency of H.E. Prof. Mam Bunheng, Cambodian Minister of Health, and H.E. Ms. Teo Lay Cheng, Ambassador of Singapore to the Kingdom.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Prof. Mam Bunheng on behalf of the Royal Government and people of Cambodia expressed his profound thanks to Singapore for the precious donation.

For her part, H.E. Ms. Teo Lay Cheng commended Cambodia for its high vaccination rate and said that she hoped that Singapore’s donation will go some way to support Cambodia’s COVID-19 public health campaign.
