Two new COVID-19-relalted deaths were reported in Cambodia this morning, all of them have not yet vaccinated against the pandemic, pointed out a press release of the Ministry of Health, adding that the death toll now rose to 3,054.
At the same time, the ministry registered 63 new Omicron cases, of which 61 were locally transmitted and 2 were imported.
The country’s COVID-19 tally thus increased to 135,285, including 14,832 Omicron cases (13,499 Omicron community cases).
But, 55 more patients have recovered; bring the total cured cases in the Kingdom to 131,216.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
