Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has expressed his satisfaction with the good partnership between the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the SOS Children’s Village International (SOS-KDI).
The 20-year ties remain strong, which reflects the robust partnership between both sides, underlined Samdech Techo Hun Sen, quoted by H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Assistant to the Cambodian Premier, following the courtesy meeting here this afternoon between Samdech Techo Prime Minister and newly appointed President of SOS-KDI, Dr. Dereje Wordofa.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen also reiterated the RGC’s high attention to child welfare, stressing that nice office is not a priority of Cambodian officials, but the children’s shelter and needs.
For his part, the new SOS-KDI president spoke highly of the Premier’s presence at the inauguration ceremony of SOS Children’s Village in Prey Veng province this morning.
Dr. Dereje Wordofa thanked the RGC for the good partnership which allowed SOS-KDI to fulfill its mission in Cambodia in the past 20 years. He expressed the SOS-KDI’s commitment to do its best to help children and provide them with families, love and care, especially education so that they can achieve their dreams.
