Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia this evening participated in the Leaders’ Dialogue Session of the Second P4G Summit – Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030, held virtually in Seoul, the Republic of Korea under the theme “Inclusive Green Recovery towards Carbon Neutrality”.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen delivered a substantive statement on the topic of “Inclusive Green Recovery from COVID-19”, which focused on the need to adjust policies and resources to successfully overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, negative impacts of climate change on security and socio-economic development, and the importance of green recovery for sustainable development.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister also shared his insightful and practical recommendations with the Summit for resilient and sustainable development for the post COVID-19 crisis.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen attended this international event at the invitation of H.E. Moon Jae-in, President of the Republic of Korea.
The P4G, a global initiative launched in 2017, serves as a multilateral venue for government, businesses, and civil society to work together to respond to climate change and achieve the SDGs by providing innovative solutions.
