The appreciation was underlined when H.E. Gen. Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), when granting a farewell meeting to Colonel Marcus Ferrara, outgoing Defence and Army Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh yesterday.

H.E. Gen. Vong Pisen appreciated the good diplomatic relationship between Cambodia and the U.S. lasting over 70 years and continues to blossom.

In terms of military cooperation, he added, Cambodia and the U.S. have been working intimately under UN’s umbrella including demining training, maritime security, and COVID-19 response support.
